Book in advance

It is essential to book in your bike in advance of calling as during the busy summer months (May - Sept) it would need to be booked in at least a week before it is required. If doing an event on a Road, TT or Tri Bike I like to have the bike back to the customer several days before the event to allow them to have at least one short training spin before an event to ensure all is ok.
